Salgaocar, driven by a young dynamic team and backed with the experience of seasoned minds with a desire to shine in the most challenging of times. Our company offers innovative and premium technology based products for the betterment of the Society. We are strategically located in the State of Goa which allows us to service the entire country of India seamlessly.

Our Roadmap starts with our mission to identify and serve the needs of the consumer with utmost professionalism, prompt personalised customer service and unfailing attention to detail quality control. We are committed to using our strengths to bring to the Indian consumer original and innovative products from around the world at cost effective prices by tying up directly with the manufacturers. We strive to ensure that our products are “first of its kind” in India that will also be beneficial to Society at large.

Dr. Sagar D. Salgaocar
Managing Director
Dr. Sagar Salgaocar is a veteran and well respected business personality in Goa who wears many hats. A Masters graduate in Orthopaedics, He practiced Medicine as a Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon before venturing into various successful entrepreneurial activities. He is a Senior Executive Director of Geno Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. and Managing Director of Estilo Group of Companies. His vision, dynamism and astute leadership have led the Estilo Group to new heights. Despite his busy schedule Dr. Sagar always makes time for his passions that include reading, martial arts (Krav Maga), body training and cricket.

Mrs. Pallavi S. Salgaocar
Director
Mrs. Pallavi Salgaocar is a woman of many strengths. A certified Chartered Accountant she is the Executive Finance Director at Geno Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. as well as the Director of a reputed bank and a member of the GCCI Women’s Wing. Her passion for pastries and baking gave birth to the award winning confectionary enterprise “Desserts n More” as well as a book authored by her titled “Desserts First”. Her drive to excel in anything she does is an invaluable asset to the company. When Pallavi is not busy working she is a dedicated wife and mother to her son.
Mr. Karl J. Coelho
Country Manager-Japan
Karl is a dynamic results oriented leader with over 25 years of experience in International business development and sales in varied fields ranging from Technology and Pharma products to fine Wines. A graduate in Economics and Philosophy, Karl is also an exceptional communicator with multi-lingual skills including Japanese and Spanish. When Karl is not exploring the world looking for the next exciting product he spends his time on his other passion which is riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle around the country and is a very well known personality in the biking community of India.
